We want you and your loved ones to love our products.
If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, with any of our products, you may return your purchase for a replacement or refund, within 30 days of receipt. However, in order to obtain a refund, you must contact us at info@bystitches.com within 10 days of receiving your embroidered product and you must return the product to the following address: P.O Box 28085 RPO Highland Green Red Deer AB T4N 7C2.
RETURN OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the event of damage or defect, the returns process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (with a clear description of the problem) in an email to info@bystitches.com. In many cases, action (in the form of a replacement, refund) can be taken as soon as the customer has provided evidence of the claim.
If damage/defects cannot be verified by email contact, the item must be required returned to Zazzle for inspection before a decision can be made as to the condition of the product.
HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?
If you have requested a refund, please be aware that refunds typically take 7-10 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).
If you have requested an exchange in a different size or model, an email will be sent to you to inform you that the reprint has been initiated.
• Dark clothing can only be replaced with dark clothing styles of the same or lesser value.
• Light-colored clothing may only be replaced with light-colored clothing styles of the same or lesser value.
• Items (excluding textiles) can only be exchanged for a similar item of equal or lesser value
